FOR ACCEPTING BIDS
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for:
1. Reconstruction and overlay of 80th Street between CSAH19 and
Kadler Avenue, and
2. Reconstruction and overlay of Kadler Avenue between 80th
Street and 85th Street, and
3. Reconstruction and overlay of 85th Street between Kadler
Avenue and Jaber Avenue, and
4. Replacement of a 36" culvert located on Kadler Avenue near
85th Street,
bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

AND WHEREAS, it appears that Bauerly Brothers, Inc. of Sauk Rapids,
Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OTSEGO,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into the attached contract with Bauerly Brothers, Inc. of Sauk
Rapids, Minnesota in the name of the City of Otsego for the
improvements as stated above according to plans and
specifications therefor approved by the City Council and on
file in the office of the City Clerk.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids,
except that the deposits of the successful bidder and next
lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been
signed.
Adopted by the Otsego City Council this 13TH day of June
1924.
