INFORMATIONAL MEETING
PETITION TO WITHDRAW FROM HOSPITAL DISTRICT
April 21, 2009
7:00 p.m.
Roll Call: Otsego City Council: Mayor Jessica
Stockamp, Councilmember Vern Heidner and
Councilmember Mark Thorsted.
Absent: Councilmember Tom Darkenwald and
Councilmember Dan Scharber.
Otsego Staff: City Administrator Michael Robertson,
City Planner Dan Licht and City Attorney Andrew
MacArthur.
Jim Agosto of the Monticello -Big Lake Community
Hospital Board of Directors attended the meeting.
City Planner Licht made a brief presentation. There
were no questions. The City Council and Mr. Agosto
had a spirited debate of the issues involved.
With no further business the meeting was adjourned
at 8:00 p.m.
