Land Purchases: Sites 2 assumes $40,000 per acre value. Site 3 assumes $51,000 per acre value. Accounts for land purchased for City Hall use.
For Site 1, 6.42 acres of parks land would be displaced for use of the site by City Hall. It was determined that additional land would not need to be purchased to accommodate displacement.
