Call to Order.
Chair Offerman continued the meeting at 7:20 PM.
Roll Call: Chair Alan Offerman; Commissioners: Charles Foster, Laurie Jones, Vern
Heidner, Jim Kolles, Aaron Stritesky, Richard Nichols* and Pam Black; Absent: None;
City Staff: City Planner Daniel Licht and Deputy Clerk Bethany Benting. Those indicated
with a (*) attended via video conference.
1. Comp Plan 2022 Work Session.
City Planner Licht provide a presentation regarding the 2012 Comprehensive Plan
including regional and local issues, a review of the development and infrastructure
constructed during the last decade, and updated population projections.
Commissioners discussed community strengths, opportunities, and challenges as topics
to be addressed during the Comp Plan 2022 process.
City Planner Licht said that the Planning Commission will review a summation of
community issues based on the discussion this evening as well as the information
gathered from the on-line tools and community open houses at a future meeting.
2. Adjourn.
Commissioner Stritesky motioned to adjourn. Seconded by Commissioner
Kolles. All in favor. Motion carried. 7-0.
