RESOLUTION NO: 2022-53
ACCEPTING A DONATION FROM VIREO HEALTH
WHEREAS, Vireo Health has made a cash donation of $40,000 to the City of Otsego; and
WHEREAS, the donation to the City is for the purpose of recreational activities, parks and trails, public
education, public safety, artistic and cultural presentations, community beautification, or any other
similar activity, service, or program at the discretion of the City; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations of real or personal property
be accepted only with adoption of a resolution of the governing body; and
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego sincerely thanks Vireo Health for their generous donation and for its
support of the community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. That the donation from Vireo Health in the amount of $40,000 is hereby accepted.
