MEMORANDUM

Modern Construction has submitted the following applications for development of Lots 1 and 2,
Block 1; and Outlot A, Nathe Addition:
A. PUD Development Stage Plan for a multiple family and commercial mixed‐use
development
B Preliminary/Final Plat
C. Vacation of existing drainage and utility easements
City staff has determined that the project will require preparation of an Environmental
Assessment Worksheet (EAW). As a result, the public hearing noticed for 20 June 2022 to
consider the application has been cancelled and no comments will be taken regarding the
proposed development at that meeting.
A new public hearing will be noticed once the EAW document has been approved and issued for
comment in accordance with Minnesota Rules and all other information required for the
application to be considered complete has been submitted.
