The Town Board of the Town of Otsego met this 18th
day of September, 1978. Lloyd Beaudry Chairman,
Virginia Bistodeau and William Schulz, Supervisors,
Jerome Perrault, Clerk, Betty Adkins, Asst. Clerk
meeting was called to order by Chairman Lloyd Beaudry.
The minutes of the Sept. 5, 1978, were approved as read. Virginia
Bistodeau reported that she had consulted with David Fricke regarding
the Omar Pouliot variance application to allow a mobile home to remain
on the farm he formerly owned. She said that Mr. Fricke said it was
illegal to be there and as soon as the present occupant moves out it
would have to be removed. No permit would be issued for it to remain
there.
Polka Dot Dairies application for a permit to build a Tom Thumb
Superette on Lot 5 of Marvin George 6th Addition (formerly Out lot A
of the 3rd Addition) was approvedby the Town Board subject to assurance
that the 6th Addition water problem is controlled legally without creating
a problem for any one.
Installing a new furnace in the Town Hall was discussed by the
Town Board as the present furnace creates a noise problem during meetings.
Motion made by Lloyd Beaudry to have Betty Adkins contact D & J Plumbing
and Heating regarding instulation of a new furnace. Seconded by Virginia
Bistodeau, passed unanimously.
