09-17-1979 Town Board MinutesState of Minnesota The Town Board of the Town of Otsego met this
County of Wright 17th day of Sept. 1979. Lloyd Beaudry, Chairman
Town of Otsego Virginia Bistodeau, Supervisor, Betty Adkins,
Asst, Clerk, Jerome Perrault, Clerk, were present.
Meeting was called to order by Chairman, Lloyd Beaudry. Minutes of the
Sept. 4, 1979, Town Board meeting were approved as read.
Betty Adkins reported on the Glen Lindenfelser drainage problem.
Meyer Rohlin has checked the problem. Water is standing in the ditch
along Co. #19. Larry Kownig, 3o. Engineer, will check the ditch along
Co. 19 to see if the water can be drained to the South.
On the Martin Zilisch lot, the town board reported their is no
problem with road drainage. It is a natural water way accross his lot
and his lot drainage is his own problem.
Donald Praught appeared before the Board to request a conditional
use permit for a mobile home as an accessory to his farm. The Board ap-
proved the request.
The Board approved the application of Mae Spencer for a conditional
use permit for a home extended business of pottery making.
Motion by Lloyd Beaudry to approve and accept the bituminous road
in Mississippi Shores 6th Addition (Commercial Area). Seconded by Vir-
ginia Bistodeau, passed.
Virginia Bistodeau reported having talked to Willard Krietlow, a
member of the Wright Co. Park Commission, concerning the Co. Park in
Mississippi Shores, Virginia told him the Township was interested in
seeing the park developed. He said as long as the Board was interested
he would speak infavor of developing the Park.
Motion by Virginia Bistodeau that the Town Board install bathroom
facilities, water, and a furnace in the town hall. Seconded by Lloyd
Beaudry, passed.
On motion the meeting adjourned.
