County of Wright 6th day of November, 1980 at 8:00 p.m. Lloyd
Town of Otsego Beaudry, Chairman, Virginia Bistodeau, William
Schulz, Supervisors, Betty Adkins, Asst. Clerk,
Jerome Perrault, Clerk, Lewis Pouliot, Treasurer were present.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Lloyd Beaudry. Mn-
utes of the Oc. 20, 1980 Town Board Meeting were approved as read.
Assessment Hearing on Kahler Ave. upgrading a distance of 1600 ft.
South from Co. 39 was continued at this time.
Project costs were as follows:
Culverts $514.00
Meinrad Dahleiden
Construction 2,900.00
Ed Greninger wages 480.00
Gravel 1,021.87
Attorney Fees 1,600.00
$6,515.87
The amount per lot assessment is $723.98.
Motion by Virginia Bistodeau to adopt resolution approving the
assessment on Kahler Ave. a distance of 1600 ft. south from Co. 39.
Seconded by William Schulz, passed unanimously.
Motion by Lloyd Beaudry to approve the "Off Sale" beer license
renewal for the Tom Thumb Store. Seconded by Virginia Bistodeau,
passed unanimously.
Hugo Manu appeared before the Board to request Stop signs be
placed on 96th Street at Parkington Av, and at 95th Street.
Motion by William Schulz to amend the previous motion to change
the location of the Stop signs on 96th Street from Parkington Ave. to
95th Street. Seconded by Lloyd Beaudry, passed unanimously.
Motion by William Schulz to purchase new tires for the patrol from
Gene's Tire Service in St. Cloud, MN. Seconded by Lloyd Beaudry,
passed unanimously.
The variance application of Steven Kolles to establish a 21/2 acre
lot instead of the one acre lot per forty break was approved by the
Board.
The variance application of G.M. Darkenwald to establish a 10 acre
lot instead of one acre lot per forty break was tabled at this time.
Rand Patton appeared before the Board to complain that he was having
problems with his drain field since the construction of 80th Street.
Motion by William Schulz to hire Meinrad Dalieden to dig up the
drain field to see what the problem is. Seconded by Lloyd Beaudry,
passed unanimously. The Board and Rand Patton agreed that if the pro-
blem was caused by road construction, the Board would pay for repairs,
if not Rand Patton would pay the repair expense himself.
Treasurer Lewis Pouliot gave the following report for the month
of October:
