Town of Otsego Beaudry, Chairman, William Schulz, Virginia
Bistodeau, Supervisors, Betty Adkins, Asst.
Clerk, Jerome Perrault, Clerk, were present.
Meeting was called to order by Chairman Lloyd Beaudry. Minutes
of the Nov. 6, 1980 Town Board meeting were approved as read.
G.M. Darkenwald appeared before the Board to discuss his variance
application to establish a ten acre building site instead of the one
acre lot per forty break. He has sold ten acres and the older home to his
son and now wants to build a new home on the remaining 100 acres.
Motion by Lloyd Beaudry to approve the variance application due
to the fact the deed for the 10 acres site has been already recorded
and due to the lack of communication between the Register of Deeds
Office and the Planning and Zoning Office, Mr. Darkenwald was not
informed of the one acre lot per forty break.
Seconded by Virginia Bistodeau, passed unanimously.
The Town Board approved the application of Ted Zachman to rezone
10 acres from A®2 Agriculture to R®2 Suburban Residential to establish
4 - 2'1 acre lots, as the site is not suited for agricultrue.
The Town Board discussed prohibiting cars and trucks from parking
on streets. They also discussed putting up 7 ton load limit signs on
the tarred streets in the township.
On motion, the meeting adjourned.
