The zoning interpretation application of Wayne Thel to allow
a parcel with an easement permitting a driveway to 62nd St. to be

took the position that they would not consider the application
as it does not front on a public road. At the present time 62nd
Street is a private road.
The P.E.R.A. of Pete Merges was discussed as he is required
to pay into P.E.R.A, if he earns more than $3,000.00 per year

Jerome Perrault, Clerk, to contact the Public Employees Retirement

paid over $3,000.00 for 3 years.
The Town Board purchased Stop, Yeild and directional signs
from Gopher Sign Co. under the impression by the salesperson that
the signs did not need to be re-flectorized. They have since been
informed that these signs are illegal if not re-flectorized. The
Board advised Betty Adkins to contact attorney Bill Radzwill and
have him contact Gopher Sign Co. to request that the signs be
replaced at no exchange expense to the township.
On motion, the meeting adjourned.
