Town of Otsego Chairman, Douglas Lindenfelser and Lloyd Beaudry
Supervisors, and Betty Adkins, Assistant Clerk,
Jerome Perrault, Clerk, Lewis Pouliot, Treas. were present.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman William Schulz. Minutes
of the October 19, 1981 town board meeting were approved as read.
Terrence Cable appeared before the Board to appeal the County
Snaitarian's denial of a serer permit on his lot 4, Block 5 Walesch Estates
2nd Addition. Betty Adkins explained that the County Sanitarian had denied
the sewer permit because of the high water table on the lot and the.fail-
ure of the soil on the lot to pass a perculation test. She explained
that if the County did approve a permit and some future owner had
sewer problems, the County could be sued by that person.
Motion by Douglas Lindenfelser that the lot be classified unbuildable
and to deny a request for a sewer permit because of the high water table
on the lot. Seconded by William Schulz, passed unanimously..
Lewis Pouliot presented the following Treasurer's report for the
month of October, 1981:
