12-07-1981 Town Board MinutesState of Minnesota The Town Board of the Town of Otsego met this 7th County of Wright day of Dec. 1981 at 8:00 p.m. Lloyd Beaudry and Town of Otsego Douglas Lindenfelser, Supervisors, William Schulz Chairman, Betty Adkins, Assistant Clerk, Lewis Pouliot, Treasurer, Jerome Perrault, Clerk were present. Attorney Bill Radzwill scheduled to attend the meeting was unable to attend because of illness. He advised Betty Adkins that he will attend the next Board meeting on Dec. 21, 1981. The meeting was called to order by acting Chairman Lloyd Beaudry. Minstes of the Nov 16, 1981 Town Board Meeting were approved as read. Jerry Mossak appeared before the Board to complain about snow- mobiles running on his property and in the ditches in fromt of his property. The Board advised him it is illegal to place any obstructions on the road right of way. The Board advised him they will contact the County Sheriff to see how his office handles cases of snowmobilers run- ning on private property without permission. Motion by Lloyd Beaudry to set the Assessor's salary for the coming assessment year at $5,000.00 plus $25.00 for each new home added to the Assessor's books, with the $5,000.00 to be paid in 5 monthly installments commencing in December, 1981 and the balance to be paid on completion of his assessing. Seconded by William Schulz, passed unanimously. Motion by William Schulz to approve the application of Judy DeMars for a conditional use permit for a home occupation to operate a beauty shop in her home, approval being subject to approval by the Otsego Planning Commission. Seconded by Lloyd Beaudry, passed unanimously. A resident of Island View Estates, next to Kadler Av. appeared before the Board to rdquest`•that something be done to control the dust on Kadler Av. next summer. The Board advised him they will gravel the road and apply a coat of black majic to control the dust. Proceeding as a board of audit, the town board audited and allowed verified accounts Nos. 315 to 355 inclusive. On motion, the meeting adjourned. Attest:
