Commission Agenda. Bob Rholin, engineer, and Sandberg Realty presented
their plat of Riverside Evergreens 2nd Addition in Section 24, Town-
ship 121, Range 23. Discussion followed on common driveways or a service
r. d to the new plat. The Otsego Planning Commission recommended ap-
proval of the plat as presented. Motion by Floyd Roden to approve the
plat as presented, seconded by Douglas Lindenfelser, passed unanimously.
The Town Board considered Wilbert Bouley's request for a variance
for a one -per -forty break using a parcel separated by Co. #39 to the
building site. William Schulz read a letter from Ivan Sand regarding
his opinion on the matter as a neighboring property owner. A motion
by William Schulz to approve the request of the break was seconded by
Douglas Lindenfelser, passed unanimously.
Peery Dahl's request for a mobile home as an accessory to the farm
was considered, Mr. Dahl could not be present. The Otsego Planning
Commission approved of one mobile as an accessory to the farm. William
Schulz commented that the proposed site for the mobile would be in a
field across from Glen Benson's property on Mason Av. that it would
be a 16 X 80 foot mobile and that the other mobile on the property now
owned by Perry Dahl would be removed. William Schulz removed himself
from the dicussion at this point as he is a neighboring property owner.
Discussion continued clarifying what is on the farm now, the Board felt
since there was one mobile on the farm now they should not open an-
other area for another site. Floyd Roden moved to approve a new mobile
be allowed to be placed on the exsisting site as the present mobile must
be removed as a condition of this Conditional Use Permit, Motion was
seconded by Douglas Lindenfelser, passed unanimously.
Fabian Sadowski asked what the prospects were for the road past
his place. He feels it needs gravel. Fabian is requesting improvement
of 85th Street for the aproximately 3/4 mile from Vasseur's Addition
down to Co. #9. William Schulz agreed gravel was needed and that
when the Township considered another road improvement project that this
could be included. For now, the Board will see that the r is looked
at and graveled.
