09-19-1983 Town Board MinutesState of Minnesota The Town Board of the Town of Otsego met this
County of Wright 19th day of September, 1983 at 8:00 p.m. Floyd
Town of Otsego Roden, Chairman; Douglas Lindenfelser and Will-
iam Schulz, Supervisors; Lani Will, Deputy Clerk,
Lewis Pouliot, Treasurer; Jerome Perrault, Clerk, were present.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Floyd Roden. The
minutes of the September 6, 1983, Town Board meeting were approved as
read.
Motion by William Schulz to table consideration of the applica-
tion of Julius and Kathy Rasmussen to renovate "Barbies Cozy Corner"
tavern into a home until they can be present at a Town Board meeting.
Seconded by Floyd Roden, passed unanimously.
The tavern is located at the N.W. corner of County Road #39 and
Nashua Avenue on lot 5 Block 75 of the Otsego Townsite in Section 17,
Range 23.
The County Engineer has requested the Town Board to submit a
report and map of the Township road mileage and would like to meet
with the Town Board to discuss the mileage. The Town Board requested
Lani Will to arrange a meeting with the County Engineer at his office
on Thursday evening, September 22, at 8:00 p.m.
Motion by William Schulz to advertise for the position of Dog
Catcher for the Town of Otsego. To replace David Cecka who has re-
signed. Seconded by Floyd Roden, passed unanimously.
On motion, the meeting adjourned.
