11-21-1983 Town Board MinutesState of Minnesota The Town Board of the Town of Otsego met this
County of Wright 21st day of November, 1983, at 8:00 p.m. Floyd
Town of Otsego Roden, Chairman; Douglas Lindenfelser and Will-
iam Schulz, Supervisors; Lewis Pouliot, Treasurer;
Lani Will, Deputy Clerk; and Jerome Perrault, Clerk; were present.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Floyd Roden. The
minutes of the November 7, 1983, Town Board meeting were approved
as read.
Kathy Rasmussen appeared in regards to her application to con-
vert "Barbies Cozy Corner" tavern into a home. She has contracted
Gene Fyle to put in a new sewer system for approx. $2,000. and has
contracted. Cable Electric to re -wire the building to meet residential
code. She did request more time to update the heating system to allow
them more time to decide what type of system to install.
Motion by Douglas Lindenfelser to grant Mr. and Mrs. Julius
Rasmussen a permit to convert "Barbies Cozy Corner" into a residence
providing it is brought up to code by November 1, 1984. Seconded
by William Schulz, passed unanimously.
Motion by William Schulz to grant Mr. amd Mrs. Julius Rasmussen
a variance to have a dwelling on a lot of less than 20,000 sq ft.
Seconded by Floyd Roden, passed unanimously.
Motion by Floyd Roden to pay the city of Albertville Fire Con-
tract dues in the amount of $2,377.87. for the period from July 1,
1983 to July 1, 1984. Seconded by William Schulz, passed unanimously.
On motion, the meeting adjouned.
