Treasurer Lewis of March: Orders Paid - $7919.22 Receipts - Bond, Fund - $ 347.10 General Fund - $44.43 Checking Account Balance - $17,448.09 Ray Colbert and a group of other residents from Vasseurs 1st Addition appeared to express their concern about how Mr. Christian intends to extend Packard Avenue when he develops Outlot A of Deer- field Acres. Packard Avenue now dead ends at Ray Colbert's lot and would have to be completed to Deerfield Acres before it could be built into deerfield acres and they were concerned who would pay for the construction. The Board said development of Outlot A has not been approved as yet and this would have to be considered before final approval is given. Motion by William Schulz to table action on the Comprehensive Plan until April 16, 1984, Town Board meeting. Seconded by Floyd Roden, passed unanimously. Charles Christian appeared to arrange a date with the Board to make a site inspection of Outlot A of Deerfield Acres. The Board tentatively set the site inspection for Wednesday April 5, 1984, at 4:30 p.m. The Planning Commission will be notified and requested to attend. The Board also discussed with Mr. Christian how he intends to establish his lots as many of them are too low and some too steep. He said he plans to grade and shape the lots to make a buildable site on each. Motion by Floyd Roden to approve the erection of a 4' x 8' St. Alberts Church sign on Bernard Roden's property. Seconded by William Schulz, passed unanimously. Motion by William Schulz to sell the used cement culverts at $4.00 each. Seconded by Douglas Lindenfelser, passed unanimously. Motion by William Schulz to pay the Moderator $15.00 for his services at the Annual Town Meeting, seconded by Floyd Roden. Passe unanimously. Proceeding as a Board of Audit, the Town Board audited and allowed verified accounts numbers 30 to 74, inclusive. On motion, the meeting adjourned.
