The meeting was called to order by Chairman Douglas Lindenfelser.
The minutes of the April 2,1984, Town Board meeting were approved
as read.
Randy Pouliot appeared to request a permit to place a mobile
home as an accessory to the farm he has purchased from his uncle,
Elmer Hagel.
Motion by Floyd Roden to approve the mobile home as an accessory
to the farm of Randy Pouliot with the stipulation that the mobile
must be at least 800 sq ft, must have a seperate septic system, and
should be occupied by Elmer Hagel, this permit to be renewed every
two years. Seconded by William Schulz, passed unanimously.
Charles Christian appeared with his revised plan for Deerfield
Acres Outlot A. He has reduced the number of lots to 21, has elimi-
nated the Cul -Du -Sacs and will not be extending Packard Avenue.
Motion by William Schulz to approve the new prelimary site plan
for Deerfield Acres Outlot A, providing the plan meets all other re-
quirments such as square footage, and approves Mr. Christian present-
ing his plan to the Wright County Planning Commission for their con-
sideration. Seconded by Floyd Roden, passed unanimously.
George Johnson appeared to request a variance to split an 89
acre farm into a 14.38 acre tract that he intends to keep for himself
and build a house on, and a 74.62 acre tract with the present home on
it that he intends to sell.
Motion by Douglas Lindenfelser to approve a variance splitting
14.38 acres from George Johnsons 89 acre farm, leaving 74.62 acres
with the original home, this 74.62 acre tract would not be eligible
for another home site. Seconded by William Schulz, passed unanimously.
Tim Croteau appeared to request a mobile home as an accessory to
the farm he rents from his mother who lives on the farm.
Motion by Douglas Lindenfelser to approve a permit for a mobile
home for Tom Croteau as an accessory to the farm he rents from his
mother, this permit subject to renewal in two years, and the mobile
home subject to removal if his mother moves off the farm. Seconded
by Floyd Roden, passed unanimously.
Rodney Elvine appeared to request a variance to build an over-
sized garage, 1040 sq ft instead of 800 sq ft.
Motion by William Schulz to request the City of Albertville to
re -submit a request for funding to build a new road from the south-
east corner of the sewer pond site to County Road #37 or accept the
proposal submitted by the Town Board of Otsego on April 9, 1984,
which reads as follows: The Otsego Town Board agrees to the City of
Albertville building the new road alond the east side of the pond
site on city property and then the Town Board agrees to pay half
of the condemnation cost and 15% of the construction cost (not to
exceed $5,000.00). City to build the new road from the south-east
corner of the pond site to County Road #37, this road to be con-
structed within three years. If any Otsego land north-east of I-94

Continuation of the proposal to the City of Albertville..
is annexed by the City of Albertville within the next 10 years, all
expenses of the road project incurred by the Town of Otsego will be
re-imbursed to the Township. Seconded by Douglas Lindenfelser, pass-
ed unanimously.
On motion, the meeting adjourned.
