09-17-1984 Town Board MinutesState of Minnesota The Town Board of the Town of Otsego met this County of Wright 17 day of September, 1984, at 8:00 p.m. Town of Otsego Douglas Lindenfelser, Chairman; Floyd Roden and Norman Freske, Supervisors; Lani Will, Deputy Clerk; and Jerome Perrault, Clerk, were present. Mrs. Paul Koenig appeared before the Board to request a Con- ditional Use Permit for a mobile home as an accessory to a farm. Motion by Floyd Roden to approve a Conditional Use Permit for a mobile home as an accessory to a farm for Paul Koenig. Seconded by Douglas Lindenfelser, passed unanimously. Stewart Turnquist appeared before the Board to request an ex- pansion of an exsisting Conditional Use Permit to allow construction to build an addition on the exsisting kitchen, 2 breakaway meeting rooms, and an addition to the parking lot for the Riverwood Confer- ence Center. The Conference Center is located in Section 14, Range 24. Motion by Douglas Lindenfelser to approve an expansion of a Conditional Use Permit for the Riverwood Conference Center to permit construction of a 900 square foot addition to the kitchen, a 7 X 55' covered walkway, 2 breakaway meeting rooms of 300 square feet, a 294 square foot buffet area, and expansion of the parking area of 10,150 square feet. Seconded by Floyd Roden, passed unanimously. Audrey Axelson appeared in regard to a black dog on the pro- perty of Gary Johnson who has been causing problems in the area with children, horseback riders, ect. Motion by Douglas Lindenfelser to have the Wright County Sheriff remove the dog. Seconded by Floyd Roden, passed unanimously. Mrs. Perry Dahl appeared before the Board to request a permit to move an exsisting house onto a 12 acre lot she and her husband own on part of the Kenneth Davis farm. Motion by Norman Freske to approve a permit for Perry Dahl to move an exsisting house onto his lot. Seconded by Floyd Roden, passed unanimously. Mrs. Kenneth Davis appeared before the Board to request a ConditionaLUse Permit to place a mobile home on their farm as a farm accessory. The mobile home is for their son to live in as he is a full time worker of the farm. Motion by Floyd Roden to approve a Conditional Use Permit for Kenneth Davis to place a mobile home as a farm accessory. Seconded by Douglas Lindenfelser, passed unanimously. Motion by Floyd Roden to leave the Cozy Corner Tavern property under its present Wild and Scenic Area designation and approve the property as a non -conforming use for a cabinet shop. Seconded by Douglas Lindenfelser, passed unanimously. Motion by Floyd Roden to approve the application of Keith Evenson for a Conditional Use Permit to sell cedar siding out of an exsisting over -sized building contingent upon approval of the owner of the dwelling within 500 feet of the building.
