04-15-1985 Town Board MinutesState of Minnesota The Town Board of the Town of Otsego met this County of Wright 15 day of April, 1985, at 8:00 p.m. Floyd Town of Otsego Roden, Chairman; Dougas Lindenfelser and Norman Freske, Supervisors; Lani Will, Deputy Clerk; Lewis Pouliot, Treasurer; and Jerome Perrault, Clerk, were present. The Meeting was called to order by Chairman Floyd Roden. The minutes of the April 1, 1985, Town Board meeting were approved as read. Marlyss Heemsbergen appeared before the Board to request permis- sion to sell pre-packaged ice cream novelties door-to-door with a refridgerated truck. Motion by Floyd Roden to approve the request of Marlyss Heems- bergen, Seconded by Norman Freske, passed unanimously. Bernard Valerius and Donna Valerius appeared before the Board to request a lot line adjustment on two parcels. They wish to divide the farm located in the SES of the SES of Section 29, Range 23 and part of the NZ of the NES of Section 32, Range 23 into two 55 acre parcels. Motion by Douglas Lindenfelser to approve the lot line adjustment request of Bernard Valerius and Donna Valerius. Seconded by Norman Freske, passed unanimously. Jeff Holme of 8125 NE Ochoa Avenue appeared to complain that his neighbor Rudy Cooper had filled in a natural waterway and has caused flooding on his lot. The Board advised him they would come out and do a site inspection. Motion by Douglas Lindenfelser to disapprove the request of Her- bert Lindenfelser for a variance from the 1 -per -40 break to seperate 16.8 acres with the buildings from a 53 acre parcel of Ag land and sell it seperately. Seconded by Floyd Roden, passed unanimously. Motion by Floyd Roden to purchase an LP gas fuel tank for the Town Hall. Seconded by Douglas Lindenfelser, passed unanimously. Motion by Douglas Lindenfelser to have Lani Will send a complaint to Judith Rollins requesting her to clean up her lot and remove junk cars by May 20, 1985. Seconded by Floyd Roden, passed unanimously. Motion by Floyd Roden to have Lani Will send a complaint to Gerald Llron requesting him to remove the junk cars from his lot at 14210 62nd Street NE by June 17, 1985. Seconded by Norman Freske, passed unanimously. Vernon Morrell appeared to request a lot line adjutment to sell 98 acres of his farm in Section 13 and 24, Range 24, to Alfred Barthel & Sons and keep the remaining 24.75 acres with the buildings. Motion by Douglas Lindenfelser to approve the lot line adjustment request of Vernon Morrell. Seconded by Floyd Roden, passed unanimously. Motion by Floyd Roden to request Thomas Prader of 14293 81st St. lot 4 block 5 of Walesch Estates 2nd addition to either remove the driveway to his lot or install a culvert as he is restricting the natural flow of water. Seconded by Douglas Lindenfelser, passed unan- imously. Stewart Turnquist appeared to request a lot line adjustment so that he coulf purchase 34 acres just north of his Riverwood Conference Center from Tom Martin. The 34 acres are hillside and swamps. Motion by Norman Freske to approve the lot line adjustment request of Stewart Turnquist to purchase 34 acres from Tom Martin. Seconded by Floyd Roden, passed unanimously. Motion by Norman Freske to purchase a garage door opener from the low bidder. Seconded by Floyd Roden, passed unanimously. On motion the meeting adjourned. ATTEST: Jerome Perrault, Clerk
