07-01-1985 Town Board MinutesState of Minnesota The Town Board of the Town of Otsego met this
County of Wright 1 day of July, 1985, at 8:00 p.m. Floyd Roden,
Town of Otsego Chairman; Douglas Lindenfelser and Norman Freske,
Supervisors; Lewis Pouliot, Treasurer; and Jer-
ome Perrault, Clerk, were present.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Floyd Roden. The
minutes of the June 17, 1985, Town Board meeting were approved as read.
Jerry Johnson appeared before the Board is regard to the salvage
yard is operating on County Road 37, next to the Deerfield Acres hous-
ing development. The Town Board and the County Zoning Administrator
have requested that he clean up his lot. The County Zoning Administra-
tor has said that for his salvage business he should be zoned Indus-
trial but because he is in a residential area the Administrator would
not be in favor of zoning Industrial in that area.
Mr. Johnson proposed that he build a storage shed to contain
everthing on his lot. The Town Board advised him to apply for a per-
mit and check with Lani Will to see if there are any size restrictions.
Motion by Floyd Roden to approve renewal of the Off -Sale Liquor
License for Warren Phillips Riverview Liquorette, license fee to be
$500.00. Seconded by Norman Freske, passed unanimously.
Proceeding as a Board of Audit, the Town Board audited and allowed
vertified accounts numbers 155 to 179, inclusive.
On motion, the meeting adjourned.
