01-06-1986 Town Board MinutesState of Minnesota The Town Board of the Town of Otsego met this
County of Wright 6 day of January, 1986, at 8:00 p.m. Floyd
Town of Otsego Roden, Chairman; Douglas Lindenfelser and
Norman Freske, Supervisors; Lewis Pouliot,
Treasurer; Lani Will, Deputy Clerk; and Jerome Perrault, Clerk, were
present.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Floyd Roden. The
minutes of the December 16, 1985, Town Board Meeting were approved
as read.
Wilfred Duerr appeared before the Board to request approval to
split 60 acres from his farm and sell it to the neighbor on the west
side of his farm. He would keep 40 acres with the buildings and the
farm would remain ag land. The farm is in section 25, range 24. The
Otsego Planning Commission has approved the split on condition that
the parcel with buildings be at least 40 acres.
Motion by Norman Freske to approve the request of Wilfred Duerr
to split 60 acres from his farm and sell it to his neighbor. Seconded
by Douglas Lindenfelser, passed unanimously.
Motion by Douglas Lindenfelser to table action on the proposed
annexation of the Martha Valerius farm to the City of Albertville
until the Board can contact their attorney and consult with the attor-
ney and the City of Albertville. Seconded by Norman Freske, passed
unanimously.
Motion by Norman Freske to table action on the rezoning request
of Wayne Kessler until Frebruary 17, 1986, and until the Board can
make a site inspection. Seconded by Floyd Roden, passed unanimously.
Motion by Douglas Lindenfelser to postpone the Town Board Meeting
scheduled for January 20, 1986, until Monday, January 27, 1986, as
,January 20th is a national holiday. Seconded by Norman Freske, passed
unanimously.
Proceeding as a Board of Audit, the Town Board audited and allowed
vertified accounts numbers 348 to 380, inclusive.
On motion the meeting adjourned.
