County of Wright 17 day of February, 1986, at 8:00 p.m. Floyd
Town of Otsego Roden, Chairman; Douglas Lindenfelser and Norm
Freske, Supervisors; Lewis Pouliot, Treasurer;
Lani Will, Deputy Clerk; and Jerome Perrault, Clerk, were present.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Floyd Roden. The
minutes of the February 3, 1986, Town Board meeting were approved
as read.
Wayne Kessler appeared before the Board in regard to his request
to rezone 27 acres of a 57 acre parcel from A2 to R2A and split the
27 acres into 2 residential lots of approximately equal size. The
other 30 acres would remain Ag land. The land is located in the SW4
of Section 34, Range 24, and there are already several residential
lots in that section.
Motion by Douglas Lindenfelser to approve Wayne Kessler's request
to rezone 27 acres from Ag to R2A and the split of the 27 acres into
two equal size lots. Seconded by Floyd Roden, passed unanimously.
Stewart Turnquist has applied for a Conditional Use Permit to
add 26 more sleeping rooms to his Riverwook Conference Center and
Sally Gulbranson has applied for a variance to build a pole building
larger than 800 sq ft, a 1200 sqft building with 14 foot sidewalls.
She lives in Vasseurs Oak Grove on a 1 acre lot. The Otsego Planning
Commission has tabled action on these projects until they can do a
site inspection.
Motion by Floyd Roden that the Town Board also do a site inspec-
tion on the Stewart Turnquist and Sa lly Gulbranson projects on Saturday
February 22, 1986, at 1:00 p.m. Seconded by Norman Freske, passed
unanimously.
Proceeding as a Board of Audit, the Town Board audited and allowed
vertified accounts numbers 420 to 437, inclusive.
