Town of Otsego Lindenfelser, Chairman; Floyd Roden & Norman
Freske, Supervisors; Lewis Pouliot, Treasurer;
Lani Will, Deputy Clerk, & Jerome Perrault, were present.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Douglas Lindenfelser.
The minutes of the November 17, 1986, Town Board Meeting were approved
as read.
Don Leuer, appraiser for the storm drain project, met with the
Town Board to discuss proposed assessment figures for the project.
He is proposing an assessment of $2,000.00 per lot in the primary ben-
efitted areas of A and C, $20.00 per acre for farm land in the benefitted
area, and $300.00 per lot for areas such as Walesch Estates and Vasseurs
3rd and 4th Additions.
Motion by Douglas Lindenfelser to make an advance payment of $50,
000.00 to Northdale Construction Company for the storm drain project.
Seconded by Norman Freske, passed unanimously.
Edward Greninger submitted a letter to the Town Board indicating
his intention to retire on March 1, 1987.
Lani Will requested and received permission to take a week vaca-
tion December 8 thru December 12, 1986.
Proceeding as a Board of Audit, the Town Board audited and allowed
vertified accounts numbers 378 to 442 inclusive.
