COUNTY OF WRIGHT met this 23RD day of October, 1989
TOWN OF OTSEGO at 11:00 A.M. Norman Freske, Chair-
man, Floyd Roden, Supervisor, Elaine
Beatty, Depty Clerk, Jerome Perrault, Clerk, and Larry
Koshak, Engineer, were present.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Norman
Freske.
The meeting was held to receive and open bids for
construction of the Storm Drain in Vasseur's 4TH Addition.
The first bid called for using cement pipe and the alternate
bid called for using plastic pipe.
The bids were as follows:

The bids will be reviewed and considered at the next
Town Board Meeting on Monday, October 30.
Tom Meyer, who owns Lot 6, Block 1, in Vasseurs 4TH
Addition, was present at the meeting to say he had a pine
tree windbreak on his property line where the storm drain
line will be placed. He asked the Board if they would be
willing to replace the trees. He would be willing to plant
the trees to replace the ones removed. The Board agreed to
replace the trees. The replacement trees will need to be
planted off the permanent easement for the storm drain. A
formal agreement will be drawn up at the October 30, 1989
Town Board Meeting.
