TOWN OF OTSEGO between Page Avenue and
Co. 42 was continued this
7 day of May 1990 at 7:30
PM. Norman Freske, Chair-
man, Floyd Roden and Doug Lindenfelser, Supervisors, Elaine
Beatty, Deputy Clerk, Jerome Perrault, Clerk, Larry Koshak,
Engineer, and Bill Radzwill, Attorney, were present.
The Hearing was called to order by Chairman Norman
Freske,
Larry Koshak reported that Wright -Hennepin Electric is
requesting that the Town Board secure a 30 ft. easement for
them outside of the road easement in exchange for vacating
their present easement and moving their line if 85th Street
is built from Page Ave. to Co. 42. Northern States Power Co.
has negotiated an easement with the Lefebvre Family to leave
their line in place when River Road is vacated but Minnegasco
has not as yet. Negotiations are still continuing with John
Lefebvre and the Lefebvre Family regarding obtaining an
easement for 85th St. in exchange far vacating River Road.
Attorney Bill Radzwill advised the Board that they could
close the Hearing and still continue the negotiations with
the Lefebvre Family.
Motion by Floyd Roden to close the Public Hearing on the
vacation of River Road between Page Ave. and Co. 42.
Seconded by Doug Lindenfelser, all Board Members voted in
favor of the motion.
