COUNTY OF WRIGHT adoption of the State Building
TOWN OF OTSEGO Code was held this 25 day of June,
1990, at 7:00 PM. Norman Freske,
Chairman, Floyd Roden and Douglas Lindenfelser, Supervisors,
James Barthel, Treasurer, Elaine Beatty, Deputy Clerk, Judy
Hudson, Secretary, Jerome Perrault, Clerk, Bill Radzwill,
Attorney and Dave Licht, Planner, were present.
The Hearing was called to order by Chairman Norman
Freske.
Attorney Bill Radzwill advised the Board that it was
necessary to adopt the entire Building Code as it was
standard thru the State. The Township can adopt it's own fee
schedule after it has separated from the County and hired
it's own Building Inspector David Licht suggested adopting
the same fee schedule as the County to begin with and
contract for some services from the County until the Township
has everything in place to operate on it's own.
Bill Radzwill advised the Board that as they have now
fulfilled the requirement of holding a Public Hearing before
adopted the State Building Code, they can now adopt the Code
whenever they wish.
Motion was made by Floyd Roden to closed the Public
Hearing. Seconded by Doug Lindenfelser, all Board Members
voted in favor of the motion.
