COUNTY OF WRIGHT newly elected 0ffica1s of the City
CITY OF OTSEGO of Otsego was held this 15 day of
November, 1990 at 2:00 PM.
Elected Officials Mayor Norman Freske, Council Persons
Douglas Lindenfelser, Floyd Roden, Larry Fournier and Ron
Black were present. Also present were Acting Clerk Jerome
Perrault, Treasurer James N. Barthel, Deputy Clerk Elaine
Beatty and Attorney William Radzwill and Senator Betty
Adkins.
Senator Adkins then presented placques commenorating
their years of service to the Town of Otsego to Clerk Jerome
Perrault, Supervisors Norman Freske, Floyd Roden, and Douglas
Lindenfelser, and to Treasurer James Barthel.
Acting Clerk Jerome Perrault then administered the Oaths
of Office to the new City of Otsego's first Officials, Mayor
Norman Freske and Council Persons Douglas Lindenfelser, Floyd
Roden, Larry Fournier and Ron Black.
Attorney William Radzwill read the Resolution (Attached
to these Minutes) of Proclamation proclaiming Nov. 15, 1990,
to be Incorporation Day.
As their first Official Act, the Resolution of
Proclamation was approved by Mayor Norman Freske, Council
Person Douglas Lindenfelser, Floyd Roden, Larry Fournier, and
Ron Black and attested to by Acting Clerk Jerome Perrault,
Deputy Clerk Elaine Beatty, Attorney William Radzwill and
Treasurer James Barthel.
Motion by Floyd Roden to have the Organizational Meeting
for the New City Council of the City of Otsego on Monday,
Nov. 19, 1990, at 7:30 PM. Motion was seconded by Ron Black,
all Council Members voted in favor of this motion.
On motion the meeting was adjourned.
