COUNTY OF WRIGHT of Otsego was continued this 11TH
CITY OF OTSEGO day of May, 1992 at 7:20PM. Norman
F Freske, Mayor, Doug Lindenfelser,
Floyd Roden, Larry Fournier and Ron Black, Council Members,
and Jerome Perrault, Clerk, were present.
The Board of Review was called to order by Mayor Norman
F Freske.
At the Council's request the following properties were
re -checked by Otsego's Assessor Andrew Merges and Co
Assessor, Doug Gruber and their recommendations were as
follows:
The estimated market value of John Simola's property be
reduced to $81,900 because of condition and a reduction in
the listed size of the house.
The estimated market value of Frank Muller's property
(PID #118--034-001030) be reduced to $35,500.00.
The estimated market value of Mike Merges's property
(PID #118-800--262105) be reduced to $82,100.00 and the
taxable value to $61,000.00.
A check of the assessment records on Stephen Jordan's
home was made (PID #118--121-001100) and was found to assessed
as 71% complete in 1990, 100% complete in 1992 and a 2%
overall increase in 1992 with no further changes recommended.
Motion by Doug Lindenfelser to approve the
recommendations made by Andrew Merges and Doug Gruber.
Seconded by Floyd Roden, all Council Members voted in favor
of the motion.
Motion by Ron Black to adjourn the Board of Review
Meeting. Seconded by Larry Fournier, all Council Members
voted in favor of the motion.
