COUNTY OF WRIGHT Otsego held a Special Council
CITY OF OTSEGO Meeting this 27TH day of July,
1992 at 6:30PM. Norman F Freske,
Mayor, Doug Lindenfelser, Floyd Roden, Larry Fournier and Ron
Black, Council Members, Jerome Perrault, Clerk, Elaine
Beatty, Deputy Clerk/Zoning Adm., Judy Hudson, Secretary and
Don Meinhardt, Architect, were present.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Norman F
Freske.
This Special Council Meeting was called to meet with
Kate O'Reily and Dick Stewart of Electronic Interiors, to
discuss their proposal to design the layout for the audio,
visual and computer system for the new City Hall. They also
design the acoustics for the system and the lighting. Ms
O'Reily said they first like to meet with the Council and get
the ideas of what the Council wants in their building and
then they go back to their office and design the layout.
They include a construction document as part of their service
as it is important to have the conduits in place while the
building is being constructed. They could also include
telephone system design and data processing if the Council
desires it. As construction is to start soon, Ms O'Reily
said they could have a proposal prepared by the end of this
week and at least by Monday August 3 at the latest.
Motion by Floyd Roden to have a Special Council Meeting
on Tuesday, August 4, 1992, at 3.00PM to consider the
proposal from Electronic Interiors. Seconded by Ron Black,
all Council Members voted in favor of the motion.
Motion by Ron Black to adjourn the Special Council
Meeting. Seconded by Floyd Roden, all Council Members voted
in favor of the motion.
