01-28-1993 Special Meeting MinutesSTATE OF MN The City Council of the City of COUNTY OF WRIGHT Otsego held a Special Council CITY OF OTSEGO Meeting this 28 day of January, 1993, at 8:00 PM. Norman F. Freske, Mayor, Doug Lindenfelser, Floyd Roden, Larry Fournier and Ron Black, Council Members, Jerome Perrault, Clerk, James Barthel, Treasurer, Elaine Beatty, Deputy Clerk/Zoning Administrator and Judy Hudson, Secretary, were present. The meeting was called to order by. Mayor Norman F. Freske Motion by Ron Black to adopt the remaining part of a change order dated 10-28-92 for an additional $4,300.00 to J. Becher & Assoc. Inc. Electrical Contractors (total amount of change order is $9,250.00). Seconded by Larry Fournier, all Council Members voted in favor of the motion. Motion by Floyd Roden to approve a change order for J. Becher & Assoc. Inc., Electrical Contractors, to add 2 ADA approved Strobe Lights in the City Hall bathrooms and convert the 2 Horn Strobe lights in the original bathroom plans to ADA approved Horn Strobes for an additional $389.50, contingent upon approval by the project Engineer. Seconded by Ron Black, all Council Members voted in favor of the motion. Motion by Doug Lindenfelser to pay Bear Alarms a down payment of 50p of the alarm system contract price ($1,291.32) for equipment and pre -wiring. Seconded by Ron Black, all Council Members voted in favor of the motion. Motion by Floyd Roden to approve a partial payment of $4,500.00 to J. Becher & Assoc. Inc., Electrical Contractors. Seconded by Larry Fournier, all Council Members voted in favor of the motion. Motion by Ron Black to approve the following Lefebvre Carpeting quotes: Vinyl Base, installed $ 887.00 Ceramic Tile, installed 1,800.00 Quarry tile and base installed3,955.00 Quarry tile installed in kitchen & storm room 2,393.00 ($200.00 additional for 2 colors) VCT or VA tile - installed 2,293.00 ($60.00 additional for 2 colors) Seconded by Larry Fournier, all Council Members voted in favor of the motion. Motion by Floyd Roden to adjourn the Council Meeting. Seconded by Ron Black, all Council Members voted in favor of the motion. NORMAN F.
