COUNTY OF WRIGHT Otsego held a Special Council
CITY OF OTSEGO ^ Meeting this 16 day of April, 1993,
at 4:00 PM, Norman F. Freake,
Mayor, Doug Lindenfe}oer, Floyd Roden, Larry Fournier and Ron
Clack, Council Members, Jerome Perrault, Clerk, Elaine
Beatty, Deputy Clerk/Zoning Administrator, and Don Meinhardt,
Construction Manager, were present.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Norman,-F,
Fresh*. The purpose of the meeting was to consider billings
for the new City Hall.
Don Meinhardt presented billing to the Council from
Metro Builders for $31,765 (partial payment for rough &
finish carpentry) Metro Builders for $668.00 (Drywall)
Crawford Door Sales, fire doors for $3,000,00, Bartley Sales
for 5 stall metal toilet partitioDs and East Side Glass Co.
(partial payment for aluminum doors and windows.)
Motion by Floyd Roden to approve a payment of $31,765 to
Metro Builders. Seconded by Ron Black, all Council Members
voted in favor of4he mntion.
Motion by Larry Fournier to approve payment of $668,00
to Metro Builders, Seconded by Floyd Roden, all Council
Members voted in favor of the motion.
Motion by Floyd Roden to approve a payment of $3,000,00
to Crawford Door Sales. Seconded by Ron Black, all Council
Members voted in favor of the motion'
Motion by Larry Fournier to approve a payment of
$I,377.04 to Bartley Sales as payment in full. Seconded by
Doug Lind*nf*lser, all Council Members voted in favor of the
motion.
Motion by Ron Black to approve a payment of $1,500.00 to
East Side Glass Cu. Seconded by Floyd Roden, all Council
Members voted in favor of the motion.
Motion by Ron Black to purchase plastic kitchen cabinets
from Metro Builders Inc. (thru PrVco) for $4,300'00.
Seconded by Larry Fournier` all Council Members voted in
favor of the motion'
Motion by Larry Fournier to hire Dick Knowland as
Attorney to represent the City of Otsego in the Albertville
Waste Water Treatment Plant Expansion EAW.
On motion the meeting adjourned.
