COUNTY OF WRIGHT City Council of the City of Otsego
CITY OF OTSEGO this 26 day of July, 1993 during a
recess in the regularily scheduled
Council Meeting which had convened at 7:30 P.M. Norman F.
Freske, Mayor, Doug Lindenfelser,Floyd Roden, Larry Fournier,
Ron Black, Council Members, Clerk, Elaine Beatty, Deputy
Clerk/Zoning Adm., and Andy McArthur, Attorney, were present.
Motion by Doug Lindenfelser to close the meeting.
Seconded by Ron Black, all Council Members voted in'favor of
the motion.
Andy McArthur advised the Council they should meet in a
Closed Session to discuss litigation matters. The City
Council discussed pending litigation.
Motion by Floyd Roden to adjourn the Closed Session and
reopen the Regular Council Meeting. Seconded by Ron Black,
all Council Members voted in favor of the motion.
