Mayor Norman F Freske called the meeting to order at 7:35 PM.
ROLL CALL:
Norman F Freske, Mayor, Doug Lindenfelser, Floyd Roden, Larry Fournier, Ron Black,
Council, also present were Jerome Perrault, Clerk, Jim Barthel, Treasurer, Elaine Beatty,
Deputy Clerk/Zoning Adm. and Dave Chase, Maint. Supervisor.
2. CONSIDERATION OF FIGURES FOR 1995 MIDGET:
Budget figures will be put on the Agenda for the Council Meeting of September 12,1994
for Review and set the Budget for 1995.
Under Administration:
Clean-up day should be $7,000.00
Debt Service $75,000.00 - Will cover principal and interest
Assessments will bring in $50,000.00
Discussion of next year bond for the Municipal Well will be paid by $35,000.00 from
School District.
Building Inspector amount was discussed.
Discussion of ISTEA Match Grant for Parks and Recs Trails.
Maintenance discussion of salt shed figures. $10,000.00 will be added for a future salt
shed.
Ron Black would like to see $13,000.00 for an emergency siren.
Doug Lindenfelser talked about checking with NSP and see if they would put a siren in the
East end of the City. More discussion.
Also added in would be an additional $7,000.00 for future street lighting, or $17,000.00
total.

Overlays were discussed - 80th, Co 19 to Marlow is very bad (1 1/10 mile) and Mississippi
Shores Development need same. Talk of overlaying 80th Street, $20,000.00 price
approximately. They will have the Engineer look at these roads and give his professional
advice as to what he recommends.
On the special Council Meeting of 9/8/94 on the 3RD IND Site, add to agenda discussion
of Detachment/Annexation with Council and discussion of the Budget.
