1. Vice Mayor Larry Fournier called the meeting to order in Mayor Norman F Freske's absence.

Interviews for Otsego Boards and Commissions were held starting at 6:30PM
Vern Heidner motioned to adjourn the meeting. Ron Black seconded the
motion. Motion carried unanimously.
Meeting adjourned at 10:30PM.
