City staff recommends City Council approval of Pay Estimate #10 to Landmark Structures, LLC.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Pay Estimate #10 includes payment for work done through June 25, 2022, including concrete interior floor
of the tower and splash pad, installation of the interior room drain line, and partial interior/exterior
coatings. Construction has started up again for 2022 with interior room and coatings starting in the next
couple weeks. The contractor plans to continue to complete the interior and exterior coating and is
preparing to paint the Otsego logos soon.
In accordance with Minnesota Statute, the City is withholding the maximum of 5% retainage of work
completed, which accounts to $178,900.25 at this time.
