Call to Order.
Mayor Jessica Stockamp called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
Roll Call:
Mayor Jessica Stockamp; Councilmembers: Brittany Moores and Tina Goede. City Staff: City
Planner Daniel Licht; City Engineer Ron Wagner; and City Clerk Audra Etzel.
Absent Councilmembers: Tom Darkenwald and Jeff Dahl.
1. Prairie Pointe:
A. Presentation by City Planner.
B. Consider Approval of a Final Plat.
C. Consider Resolution 2022-56 Approving a Development Contract.
D. Consider Resolution 2022-57 Establishing No Parking Zon[ .
City Planner Licht presented the planning report.
Mr. Nathan Fair, Otsego Pointe LLC, agrees with the planning report. Mr. Fair thanked the City
Council for holding a special meeting to consider the application.
City Planner Licht said that the developer met previously with abutting residents in Martin Farms
to discuss the tree removal.
CM Moores asked if there would be any issues with the DNR permitting in regards to this
project? City Planner Licht said City staff and the Developer worked with DNR staff to clarify the
street and utility work separate from the Otsego Creek improvements and no issues with
permitting for the development are expected.
CM Goede motioned to approve the Prairie Pointe Final Plat subject to the
stipulations stated as by the Findings of Fact and Decisions; adopt Resolution 2022-
56 approving a Development Contract; and adopt Resolution 2022-57 establishing
No Parking Zones, seconded by Mayor Stockamp.
CM Moores asked about the location for the trail extension on 80th Street. City Planner Licht
said the developer will extend a 10' asphalt trail.
All in favor. Motion carried 3-0.
