Call to Order.
Mayor Jessica Stockamp called the meeting to order at 11:00 AM.

Mayor Jessica Stockamp; Councilmembers: Brittany Moores and Tom Darkenwald. City Staff:
City Administrator/Finance Director Adam Flaherty (*); City Planner Daniel Licht; and City Clerk
Audra Etzel.
Absent Councilmembers: Tina Goede and Jeff Dahl.
(*) — Attended via videoconference.
Hunter Hills 5th Addition:
A. Presentation by City Planner.
B. Consider Approval of a Final Plat.
C. Consider Resolution 2022-63 Approving a Development Contract.
City Planner Licht presented the staff report.
Mr. Dan Willenbring, Tamarack Land — HH Otsego, LLC, agrees with the staff report and
thanked the City Council for hosting the special meeting today.
CM Darkenwald asked about the bank for the Letter of Credit. Mr. Willenbring said Premier
Banks will be issuing their Letter of Credit. CM Darkenwald asked if the City Attorney has
reviewed the documents. City Planner Licht said the documents were drafted by the City
Attorney.
CM Moores asked why the meeting is being held today? Mr. Willenbring said there were some
issues with construction plan and wetland approvals, but their contractor needs to be able to
start on Monday.
Mayor Stockamp asked about future additions. City Planner Licht said there are 31 lots to be
final platted before the connection of 85th Street to CSAH 19 or MacIver Avenue is required.
CM Darkenwald motioned to approve the Hunter Hills Fifth Addition Final Plat
subject to the stipulations stated as by the Findings of Fact and Decisions and adopt
Resolution 2022-63 approving a Development Contract, seconded by CM Moores.
All in favor. Motion carried 3-0.
2. Adjourn.
CM Darkenwald motioned to adjourn at 11:16 AM, seconded by CM Moores. All in
favor. Motion carried 3-0.
