Call to Order.
This meeting was called to order at 6:32 PM.
Roll Call: Chair David Greeman; Commissioners: Dan Freiberg, Paul Fields, John Braun, Gregory
Hubbard (absent), Jim Breitbach, and Mark Wolf; City Council: Mayor Jessica Stockamp, CM

2. Consider agenda approval.
Commissioner Jim Breitbach motioned to approve agenda as written. Seconded by
Commissioner John Braun. All in favor. Motioned carried. 6-0
3. Consider the following minutes:
3.1 May 10, 2022
Commissioner Paul Fields motioned to approve the minutes as written. Seconded by
Commissioner Jim Breitbach. All in favor. Motion carried. 6-0
4. Open forum.
No comments were made.
5. Review received monthly reports.
5.1 Albertville Fire Department. Chief Eric Bullen Present - 15 calls for service - Average
response time 11:13 minutes. Staffing is currently at 31 out of 33 fire fighters. Chief
talked about the use of drones to find missing people and help with fire investigations.
5.2 Elk River Fire Department. - No one present - 14 calls for service - Average response
time 13:42 minutes.
5.3 Rogers Fire Department. - Chief Brad Feist Present - 8 calls for service - Average
response time 14:04 minutes. Short two fire fighters for now. Discussion about the new
fire station.
5.4 Wright County Sherriff Department. Sergeant Oltmanns present - Discussed
shoplifting, theft from vehicles, traffic complaints and noise complaints on vehicles.
Also answered numerous questions about traffic issues on queens lane.
