CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHTI MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE REGARDING MOBILE FOOD UNITS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 4-12-3.B of the City Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
B. Exceptions;_ No license shall be required for operation of a mobile food unit e+t#e�w en:
1. Located upon a private property or parked on a public street in accordance with Title 7,
Chapter 2 of this code abutting a private property on which a strictly private event is held.
2. Located upon a city property for a public or private event held by the cites
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and publication.
