Call to Order.
Mayor Jessica Stockamp called the meeting to order at 5:05 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Jessica Stockamp; Councilmembers: Jeff Dahl, Brittany Moores, and Tom
Darkenwald. Absent: Councilmember Tina Goede. City Staff: City Administrator/Finance Director
Adam Flaherty and Assistant City Administrator/Human Resources Sabrina Hille.
1. Interviews for Parks and Recreation Director.
Assistant City Administrator/Human Resources Hille distributed materials to the City Council
including cover letters, resumes and supplemental questionnaires for each candidate. Hille also
distributed the interview questions and briefed the City Council on the interview process.
The City Council interviewed the following candidates:
- Nicholas Jacobs at 5:30 PM.
- Charles Lehn at 6:30 PM.
Upon completion of the interviews, the City Council discussed the candidates at length.
CM Darkenwald motioned to authorize staff to submit an offer letter to Nicholas
Jacobs for appointment to the position of Parks and Recreation Director, seconded
by CM Moores. All in favor. Motion carried 4-0.
City Administrator/Finance Director Flaherty noted that if the offer is accepted, that a formal
hiring RCA will be presented for consideration and approval at a future City Council meeting,

CM Darkenwald motioned to adjourn at 8:34 PM, seconded by CM Moores.
Voice Roll Call: All in favor. Motion carried 4-0.
