CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP

Roll Call: Otsego City Council: Mayor Larry Fournier,
Councilmembers Mark Thorsted, Tom Darkenwald, Jessica
Stockamp, and Vern Heidner.
Absent: None.
City Staff: City Administrator Michael Robertson, City
Finance Director Gary Groen, City Clerk Judy Hudson, City
Engineer Ron Wagner, and Assistant City Engineer Shane
Nelson.
Review of the Engineering Manual - Ron & Shane reviewed the
proposed changes to the Engineering Manual.
Review of Parish Avenue Assessments - Ron reviewed options
for proposed assessments and Mike reviewed the offer from
Appello Group. Council authorized a counter-offer to Appello
Group
Review of Proposed Grenin's Mississippi Hills Assessments -
Mike reviewed the proposed contributions and their sources.
He noted that no one has signed any agreements yet.
Exempt Salary Recommendations - Council reviewed the
recommendations for exempt employees and gave direction to
the City Administrator.
With no other business, Mayor Fournier adjourned the meeting
at 9:50 p.m.
