Call to Order.
This meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM.
Roll Call: Chair David Greeman; Commissioners: Dan Freiberg, Paul Fields, John Braun, Gregory
Hubbard, Jim Breitbach, and Mark Wolf; City Council: Mayor Jessica Stockamp, CM Tina Goede
2.Consider agenda approval.
Commissioner Jim motioned to approve agenda as written. Seconded by Commissioner Greg.
All in favor. Motioned carried. 7-0
3.Consider the following minutes:
3.1 August 10, 2022
Commissioner Greg Hubbard motioned to approve the minutes as written. Seconded by
Commissioner Paul Fields. All in favor. Motion carried. 7-0
4.Open Forum.
No comments were made.
Mayor Stockamp - 78th and Quaday had an accident today - A person rear ended another
vehicle. The person who caused the accident was having a medical incident. The Mayor wanted
to pass onto the Commissioners that the responders were Elk River fire, WCSO and Elk River
Ambulance. The victims at the scene said that all the responders did great job and the victims
appreciated their service.
Commissioner Freiberg brought concerns about traffic issues at Otsego Elementary. Mayor
discussed a recent meeting with the school district about the issue. Commissioners also
discussed vehicles parking in the neighborhood surrounding the elementary school to pick up
their children.
Commissioners talked about better amenities for the deputies in their break room (microwave
and table/chairs). Mayor Stockamp said she would follow up on this matter.
5.Review received monthly reports.
5.1 Albertville Fire Department.

5.4 Wright County Sherriff Department.
Sergeant Oltmanns - Present - Discussed the “No Engine Braking” signs placed on Queens Lane.
Answered numerous questions by the Commissioners.

October 12th 6:30 pm
