Call to Order.
This meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM.
Roll Call: Chair David Greeman; Commissioners: Paul Fields, John Braun, Gregory Hubbard, Jim
Breitbach, and Mark Wolf; City Council: Jeff Dahl. Absent: Mayor Jessica Stockamp, CM Tina
Goede, Commissioner Dan Freiberg.
2.Consider agenda approval.
Commissioner Jim Breitbach motioned to approve agenda as written. Seconded by
Commissioner Gregory Hubbard. All in favor. Motioned carried. 6-0
3.Consider the following minutes:
3.1 September 13, 2022
Commissioner Paul Fields motioned to approve the minutes as written. Seconded by
Commissioner John Braun. All in favor. Motion carried. 6-0
4.Open forum.
No comments were made.
5.Review received monthly reports.
5.1 Centra Care
No one present.
5.2 Alina/ER Ambulance
Frank gave a report – see attached.
5.3 Albertville Fire Department.
No one present.
5.4 Elk River Fire Department.
No one present.
5.5 Rogers Fire Department.
No one present.
5.6 Wright County Sherriff Department.
Deputy Linn gave a report – see attached. Main takeaway is the change from 8 hour

shifts to 12-hour shifts.
