Call to Order.
Vice Chair Jim Breitbach called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
Roll Call: Vice Chair Bretitbach; Commissioners: Angie Dehn, Angi Hilde, Corey Tanner,
Matt Danzl, Liz Benoit and Jessica Schaffer.
Absent: Chair Kitty Baltos and Commissioner Matt Killam
City Council: Mayor Jessica Stockamp and Council Member Brittany Moores.
Staff: Ross Demant, Parks and Recreation Director; Nick Jacobs, Parks and Recreation
Operations Coordinator and Connie Schwecke, Recreation Coordinator.
1.Open Forum.
2.Consider Agenda Approval.
Commissioner Hilde motioned to approve the agenda as written.
Seconded by Commissioner Dehn. All in favor. Motion carried.
3.Consider Meeting Minutes.
3.1 March 15, 2022 Regular Meeting Minutes.
Commissioner Tanner motioned to recommend to the City Council to
approve all meeting minutes as written. Seconded by Commissioner
Benoit. All in favor. Motion carried.
4.Unfinished Business.
4.1 Review of Ballfield Improvements.
Parks and Recreation Director Demant presented memo and added that the cost
estimates. Commissioner Hilde requested a safety modification to the plan to offset the
ADA door with the fencing so it is not a direct path through for balls to be hit or thrown
out to the public area.
5.New Business.
6.Parks and Recreation Update.
Parks and Recreation Director Demant presented his last Parks and Recreation update.
The mayor and commissioners congratulated and thanked him for his dedication and 10
years of service to the city.
7.City Council Reports.
Mayor Jessica Stockamp presented City Council Report.

Commissioner Dehn motioned to adjourn. Seconded by Commissioner
Hilde. All in favor. Motion carried. Adjourned at 7:38 P.M.
