Call to Order.
Chair Kitty Baltos called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
Roll Call: Chair Kitty Baltos; Commissioners: Jim Breitbach, Angie Dehn, Angi Hilde, Liz
Benoit, Corey Tanner, and Jessica Schaffer.
Absent: Commissioner Matt Danzl and Mayor Jessica Stockamp
City Council: Council Member Brittany Moores.
Staff: Nick Jacobs, Interim Parks and Recreation Director; and Connie Schwecke,
Recreation Coordinator.
1.Open Forum.
2.Consider Agenda Approval.
Parks and Recreation Commissioner Hilde motioned to approve the
agenda. Seconded by Commissioner Breitbach. All in favor. Motion
carried.
3.Consider Meeting Minutes.
3.1 June 17, 2022 Regular Meeting Minutes.
Commissioner Tanner motioned to recommend to the City Council to
approve all meeting minutes as written. Seconded by Commissioner
Schaffer. All in favor. Motion carried.
4.Unfinished Business.
4.1 Review Wayfinding Projects.
Interim Parks and Recreation Director Jacob once again introduced Kim Welter from
designkW who presented the wayfinding signage updates and kiosks.
After discussion, the commissioners agreed with the wording Park Info to replace Park
Map on the Park Identification sign. It was also agreed to see a second option with
Prairie Park listed on the top of the sign with the address on the Identification Signs
within the Prairie Park. Commissioners requested Ms Welter continue with the park map
design.

6.Parks and Recreation Update.
Interim Parks and Recreation Director Jacobs presented Parks update. Recreation
Coordinator Schwecke presented Recreation update.

Council Member Brittany Moores presented City Council Report.
8. Adjourn.
Commissioner Breitbach motioned to adjourn. Seconded by
Commissioner Dehn. All in favor. Motion carried. Adjourned at 8:09
P.M.
