Call to Order.
Vice Chair Jim Breitbach called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
Roll Call: Vice Chair Jim Breitbach; Commissioners: Angie Dehn, Angi Hilde, Corey
Tanner, Liz Benoit and Jessica Schaffer.
Absent: Chair Kitty Baltos Commissioner and Commissioner Matt Danzl.
City Council: Mayor Jessica Stockamp and Council Member Brittany Moores.
Staff: Nick Jacobs, Interim Parks and Recreation Director; and Connie Schwecke,
Recreation Coordinator.
1.Open Forum.
2.Consider Agenda Approval.
Parks and Recreation Commissioner Dehn motioned to approve the
agenda. Seconded by Commissioner Tanner. All in favor. Motion
carried.
3.Consider Meeting Minutes.
3.1 August 15, 2022 Regular Meeting Minutes.
Commissioner Tanner motioned to recommend to the City Council to
approve all meeting minutes as written. Seconded by Commissioner
Dahn. All in favor. Motion carried.
4.Unfinished Business.
4.1 Review Carrick’s Landing & Wayfinding Projects.
Parks and Recreation Director Jacobs introduced Gabriele Grinde from HKGi who
reviewed the Carrick’s Landing Renderings and Wayfinding Projects memo.
After discussion on the Carrick Lannding projects, the commissioners agreed to wait on
moving forward with the paddle port and requested Ms Grinde to bring back more
options of ADA floating docks.
After discussion on the Wayfinding project, commissioners agreed to focus now on park
signage and look to ordering signs in the next couple of months.
5.New Business.
6.Parks and Recreation Update.
Parks and Recreation Director Jacobs presented parks update. Recreation Coordinator
Schwecke presented the recreation update.

Mayor Jessica Stockamp presented City Council Report.
8. Adjourn.
Commissioner Tanner motioned to adjourn. Seconded by Commissioner
Hilde. All in favor. Motion carried. Adjourned at 7:58 P.M.
