DATE: October 7, 2022 RE: Aldi Otsego We have reviewed the following information provided by Civil Engineering Site Design on behalf of Ryan Anderson regarding the Aldi Otsego. Civil Plan Set for Aldi Otsego, received 10/3/2022 by Aldi Otsego The submittal is to be considered for preliminary acceptance. We would offer the following comments: Site Date Sheet 1. The datum elevation shall be NGVD 1929 Adj. or provide equation converter from datum 1988 (NGVD 88) to datum 1929 (NGVD 29). 2. Please show date on the plan. Site Details 3. Provide standard plate no. 702 instead of commercial driveway entrance detail. 4. Provide standard plate no. 500 instead of riprap at RCP outlet detail. 5. Provide standard plate no. 300 instead of typical sanitary manhole detail. 6. Verify the inlet protection is needed around the outlet structures Existing Site and Removal Plan 12. No comments. Site Plan 13. Please mark catch basin around the site. 14. Please show the existing utilities on site plan sheet. Utility Plan 15. Utilities shall be covered by a minimum 20’ wide easement. 16. Hydrant coverage is insufficient for the building. A maximum spacing of 150’ is required. Existing Site and Removal Plan 17. Provide emergency overflow (EOF) elevation for all ponds and catch basin. 18.
