RESOLUTION NO. 2022-91
DESIGNATING POLLING LOCATIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF OTSEGO FOR 2023
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute §204B.16, Subd. 1 requires by December 31 of each year the governing
body of each municipality and of each county with precincts in unorganized territory must designate by
ordinance or resolution a polling location place for each election precinct. The polling place designation
are for the following calendar year; and,
WHEREAS, the City must submit confirmation of Otsego's polling locations to Wright County Auditor's
Office by December 31, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. That the City of Otsego, County of Wright, State of Minnesota hereby establishes the polling
locations for 2023:
• Precinct 1A, Prairie Center, 8899 Nashua Avenue NE
• Precinct 2A, Prairie View Middle School, 8300 Maciver Avenue NE
• Precinct 313, Otsego Elementary, 8125 River Road NE
• Precinct 413, Guardian Angels, 9200 Quantrelle Ave NE
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council this 28th day of November 2022.
