Call to Order.
This meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM.
Roll Call: Chair David Greeman; Commissioners: Paul Fields, John Braun, Gregory Hubbard, Jim
Breitbach, and Mark Wolf. City Council: Mayor Jessica Stockamp, CM Tina Goede. Absent: Dan
Freiberg.
2. Consider agenda approval.
Commissioner Fields motioned to approve agenda as written. Seconded by Commissioner
Wolf. All in favor. Motioned carried. 6-0
3. Consider the following minutes:
3.1 October 12, 2022
Commissioner Fields motioned to approve the minutes as written. Seconded by
Commissioner Wolf. All in favor. Motion carried. 6-0
4. Open forum.
No comments were made.
Mayor Stockamp shared that there were 3 residents present at the City Council meeting on
10/24/2022 with concerns about changing areas of the no discharge map to include properties
south of 85th/ west of Nashua after they had experienced multiple shells on their front porch/
side of their home. They also had concerns with the speed on 85th past the roundabout heading
west and asked if the council could look at possibly reducing the speeds. WCSO Jason Oltmanns
was present at the council meeting to further discuss this with the residents and to meet with
the property in question who were duck hunting. Plan is have WCSO address this and report
back to staff/ city council with a follow up.
Commissioners Paul Fields and Jim Breitbach will both be moving out the city so will be
resigning after the December meeting. Mayor Stockamp advised them to send their formal
resignation to Bethany or Audra so the council can accept the resignation.
5. Review received monthly reports.
5.1 Albertville Fire Department. - No one present.
5.2 Elk River Fire Department. – No one present.
No one present.
5.3 Rogers Fire Department. – No one present.
5.4 Wright County Sherriff Department.
Deputies Bazoff and Radi were present at the meeting. Discussed type of calls they have been
seeing this month which included a small increase in med psych and domestic calls.
6. Set Next Meeting.
The next meeting will be on Tuesday December 13th.
7. Adjourn.
Commissioner Name Breitbach to adjourn. Seconded by Commissioner Fields. All in favor.
Motion carried. 6-0
